The trainees from the three governorates emphasized that these trainings were a qualitative leap in increasing the trainees' experience in the media fields and modern media and how to convey the news, story, report and media content and export it to the community in a positive way that helps them strengthen resilience. Societies in general face many issues regarding the media, media outlets and access to information in general, as there are many pages that broadcast hate speech and rumors in a large way, which affects stability and social cohesion between the layers of society, and one of the goals of these trainings is to promote positive and peaceful content that contributes in one way or another to broadcast smooth and objective materials to cover all media issues and promote access to correct information during the project period, while sharing success stories and humanitarian stories that increase the ability to strengthen community resilience and resilience.

The ARD organized a series of vocational and entrepreneurial training programs as part of the "Tazeez" project in Nineveh Governorate. The initiative was implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs – Vocational Training Department, and funded by the GCERF. These training sessions covered vehicle maintenance, solar panel maintenance, professional photography and video editing, employment skills, and business project management.A total of 90 trainees from diverse communities across Nineveh, including Bashiqa, Rashidiya, and Mosul city center, participated in the program. Both genders were represented, and the training took place over a 10-day period at the Vocational Training Directorate in Mosul.
